Challenging economic times call for exceptional negotiators with
the ability to adapt: we like to call them Definitive Negotiators.
This programme will explore how commercial teams at all levels need
to not only apply the skills and knowledge learnt through the
Complete Skilled Negotiator, but develop their understanding of
behavioural negotiation to a whole new level.
Recognising that retained learning reduces over time, and that
the next few years will require a step change in negotiation
behaviour, many of our clients have asked us to design a programme
to take these delegates to another level of understanding, rather
than simply refreshing learning. Having listened to this feedback,
we are adding a new programme to our range for 2012, The Definitive
The Definitive Negotiator takes delegates who have previously
attended The Complete Skilled Negotiator to the next level of
conscious competency, providing them with an in-depth knowledge and
heightened awareness of their traits as a negotiator. In addition,
through a deeper understanding of both preconditioning and risk
management, delegates are better equipped to not only recognise the
negotiation landscape but to influence and shape it.
