In today's unpredictable business environment, re-negotiating risk, costs, commitments and value is essential. This workshop examines the current market dynamics and provides a practical development experience - that builds on your current skills to deal with the challenges presented in an economy.

Who is the workshop for?

The Re-Negotiator is an advanced refresher workshop for individuals who have previously attended the Complete Skilled Negotiator workshop.

Formatted as a one-day non-residential workshop for up to eight people, it equips attendees with the tools and skills to deal with re-negotiating agreements where the environment, stakes and game have changed.

What can you expect?

You will share, in a safe environment, the experience of creative planning and problem-solving as part of re-engineering your deals, as well as practice negotiating multiple-issue deals across the table with our consultants. We will give you direct feedback and recommendations from video analysis on your strengths, development opportunities and negotiation style.

The condensed nature of the workshop ensures you will leave feeling re-energised and confident to seize control of any business negotiation. And, together with The Gap Partnership's tactical planning (ETP) tool be prepared for future negotiations. Ultimately, you'll be armed with the skills most relevant in today's ever-changing markets.

At the end of this workshop you will:

•    Gain confidence in working with a relevant agenda to the challenges you face
•    Understand the process involved in re-negotiating existing agreements
•    Recognise how your attitudes and skills affect opportunities during your negotiations
•    Know how common economic dynamics affect the potential of your agreements
